How to Return an Item

Prepare the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and contents.

Prepaid Return Label:

  • If you are a registered customer, log in and go to your Account Overview. Click your name in the top right corner, and navigate to the Returns page.
  • If you purchased as a guest, call us at (855) 465-1819 to request a prepaid return label.

Include the packing slip or return form in your package. Attach the prepaid return label and drop it off at an authorized UPS location. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method and Timing

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase unless you choose to exchange the item. Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refunds over $800 paid in cash or over $250 paid by check or debit card (without a major credit card logo) will be issued by check within 10 business days. Taxes and fees are non-refundable.

Special Considerations

Return Shipping Fees:

If your return is not due to an SP Tools USA error, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Estimated shipping fees are provided when the return label is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us within the return period. We will arrange a replacement and cover all standard return shipping costs.

Connected Devices:

Ensure all data is removed and the device is unlinked from any accounts before returning it.

Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items

The following items are nonreturnable: final sale items, custom orders, freight orders (over 150 lbs), digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items (such as batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink, and 3D printer filament), and items returned in damaged or unsanitary condition, missing major contents, or not in like-new condition.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are nonreturnable. These include items with specific attributes requested by the customer or items built-to-order by the manufacturer.

Third-Party Purchases

For items purchased through third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, Google), please refer to their respective return policies.

Export Regulations:

Customers outside the U.S. must comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Return shipments must originate within the U.S.
